Vedran Pedisić, Sangrad+AVP

Vedran was born in Zagreb, Croatia, in 1969, and his passion for architecture ignited during his formative years. He pursued his academic journey at the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb, where he graduated in 1996, laying the foundation for his remarkable career.

Since 2003, he has been the Lead Architect and Co-founder of SANGRAD and, since 2008, Sangrad+AVP in collaboration with Erick Velasco Farrera.

Under his visionary leadership, the architectural office has gained international acclaim for its innovative and groundbreaking designs, while his contributions to the field have not gone unnoticed. He has been honoured with numerous prestigious awards, both domestically and internationally. Notable among these accolades are the Viktor Kovačić Association of Architects award, which he received in both 2006 and 2014, and the distinguished Vladimir Nazor award in 2014. In 2018, he was bestowed with the esteemed architecture medal by the Croatian Chamber of Architects, further solidifying his reputation as a trailblazer in the industry.

His remarkable works have graced the pages of esteemed domestic and foreign publications - from books to reviews and professional magazines.
